EUGENE Five days after his engagement, Josh Conerly Jr. is officially an Oregon Duck.
The five-star offensive tackle was on Wednesday, putting Oregon's recruiting class on the back of the exclamation point, the country's first under coach Dan Lanning.
Conerly is the 13th five-star prospect to sign with the program, the No. 15 overall prospect and No. 2 offensive lineman in this year's class.
He is one of the most well-known offensive linemen in this year's class, who is joining Michael Wooten who is already on campus with Dave Iuli and Kawika Rogers.
Oregon aspired to become one of the top three players from the United States of Washington by signing Conerly and Iuli, a program founded in the early days of modern recruiting.
