Trump Is About To Sign An Executive Order Suspending Immigration To The United States
Donald Trump announced on April 21 that due to the new coronavirus pandemic, he intends to temporarily suspend immigration to the United States.
"In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens, I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!" the head of the Washington administration wrote on Twitter. The President gave no other details.
According to the Johns Hopkins University, which makes calculations based on reports from the American authorities, the world health organization and other official sources, more than 786,000 cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in the United States. More than 42 thousand people died.
