India's foreign minister says he is willing to invest in Sri Lanka ...

NEW DELHI, February 23 - India's foreign minister, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, said on Wednesday that the country would make investments in Sri Lanka to help ease the financial crisis.

Sri Lanka has had a severe shortage of foreign exchange, which has resulted in substantial power cuts in recent days, after being left unable to pay for fuel deliveries.
