In New York, It Is Allowed To Marry Online During The Quarantine
New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo allowed wedding ceremonies to be held online, as many people had to postpone their plans due to strict quarantine rules under COVID-19.
According to the BBC, couples can now apply online, and public services will be able to conduct ceremonies online.
"You can now do this via Zoom. Yes or no?"- Cuomo said at a briefing.
This decision was made after restrictive measures due to the coronavirus were extended until May 15.
