Apple May Not Show New iPhone Models At The Upcoming Presentation, Scheduled For September 15, 2020
American smartphone manufacturer Apple does not plan to present new models of the flagship iPhone at the presentation, which is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, according to technical analyst and insider John Prosser.
He believes that at the presentation, the Corporation will present new versions of smartwatches: Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Series 6 or Apple Watch and Watch Pro, as well as new iPad Air 4 and iPad 8 tablets.
As for phones, this time, the presentation will be held without them.
"I’m sure there might be more, but that’s the main focus of the event. No iPhone or AirPods Studio," he writes on his Twitter account.
Earlier, the Financial Times newspaper wrote that Apple would not introduce new iPhones in the fall of this year 2020.
According to the publication, the decision not to show the company's new smartphones may be due to a supply chain disruption due to the coronavirus and related restrictions in many countries around the world.
