Kevin Spacey Is Being Sued Again On Sexual Harassment Charges
The scandal surrounding actor Kevin Spacey, which has been dragging on since 2017, ruining his career and reputation along the way, did not end with the closure of the court case last year. The New York Times has learned about a new lawsuit filed against the "house of Cards" star by Anthony RAPP, who publicly accused Spacey of harassment several years ago, as well as an unknown man whose name was not disclosed. Both testify to episodes of indecent behavior by the actor, which occurred back in the 1980s when both plaintiffs were minors. The application was filed in the New York State Supreme court, where Harvey Weinstein was recently convicted. A lawyer for Kevin Spacey declined to comment.
Anthony RAPP was one of the first people to publicly accuse Spacey of harassment in 2017. At the same time, the "house of Cards" actor said that he did not remember the events described. Subsequently, TV host Heather Unruh went to court with a civil claim, saying that Spacey harassed her son, who was only 18 years old at the time. The victim himself refused to testify at the hearing. According to him, he lost the phone, which contained correspondence with his girlfriend, where he talked about the harassment of Spacey, as well as videos of the episodes themselves. In this regard, the case was closed for lack of evidence. The actor pleaded not guilty.
