Harrison Hilyer of Jemison is the boys' Player of the Week, while Kaylee Yarbrough of New Hope is the girls' top performer.
Hilyer averaged 25 points in his previous five games, including 19 points and 5 assists against Sumiton Christian, 24 points and 6 assists against Verbena, 25 points and 4 assists against Thorsby, 22 points against Chilton County, and 34 against Holtville.
He has collected 1,085 of 4,315 votes.
The rest of the top five were Kennedy Turner of Mae Jemison, Ken Johnson of Murphy, Josh Harrington of Spain Park, and JaMari Arnold of Huntsville.
Yarbrough defeated North Jackson 26 points with 5 3-pointers while conceding 16 points against Madison County.
She had 7,276 of 16,918 votes.
Hope Harrell of St. John Paul II, Hannah Jones of Prattville Christian, Limaya Batimba of Lee-Huntsville, and Misty Kate Smith of Bayside Academy were the rest of the top five.
