Robert Jr., a writer and actor who has been a part of a comedy company, has died.

Denny, a father of six, died Monday in Santa Barbara, California, of a rare spontaneous splenic artery rupture.

After graduating from New York University with a creative writing degree, Breck began filming and acting. He was a member of the Sunday Company at The Groundlings Theatre in Los Angeles, and his musical Nickel Dickers won the Encore! Producers Award at the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival.

Breck's TV credits include Heels, Dead To Me, The Friendless Five, and Mom Cops, among others.

He directed, produced, and starred in The Last Piece, a 2019 short film directed by Will Lowell.

Emily Levitan, a director of Netflix's Original Series, has survived him; his parents Robert Breck Denny Sr. and Ninna Denny, his sisters Liza Oneglia, Carter Denny Adams and Louise Denny Considine have all been friends and relatives.

The family advises a donation to The Groundlings Theatre & School in Los Angeles or Kieve Wavus Education and a donation to Vitalant in California or the Red Cross in the United States.
