During the National School Choice Week 2022, Utah's first school choice exhibit will take place
Provo, Utah, Jan. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, January 22, Provo will assemble a school choice fair in Utah.
Over two dozen educational institutions from across Utah will host lectures and discussions on their learning experiences and how they can reflect on the diversity of their education choices.
The Freedom Preparatory Academy has led the way in planning the Utah Schools Expo, which will take place at the Utah Valley Convention Center at 220 W. Center St.
This event is free and open to the public, and is planned to coincide with the National School Choice Week, which will be held in all 50 states on January 23-29. 2022.
"The Utah Schools Expo is a time where we can celebrate all education," said Hilary Cramer, a community outreach and recruitment coordinator at Freedom Preparatory Academy. "In Utah, there are many opportunities for our parents and students to choose the best suit for their needs.
The event planner, Freedom Preparatory Academy, is a tuition-free K-12 public charter school with campuses in Vineyard, Provo, and St. George.
The National School Choice Week shines a spotlight on effective K-12 education options for kids, focusing equally on traditional public, charter, magnet, and online, e-emergency education options. Every January, participants plan tens of thousands of events such as school fairs and open houses to increase awareness about school choice in all 50 states.
