SAO PAULO, Dec. 22 - Eurochem will buy 51.5% of Heringer's Brazilian fertilizer producer for 554.56 million reais (96,5 million dollars), heringer said on Tuesday.
A year ago, after acquiring shares of Holding Ennant, Eurochem will offer a tender to minor shareholders, it said. Eurochem is pondering an offer to delist Heringer, it said.
The deal requires the antitrust watchdog Cade.
