Italy's Sea Holding announced on Wednesday that its private sector company has bought perini vesio for 80 million euros ($91 million) on an auction in Lucca, Tuscany.
Italian yacht makers Ferretti Group and SanLorenzo bought the luxury yachting brand Perini Navi, which was declared bankrupt in January.
The Italian Sea Group stated in a statement that the deal will double its order intake for refits and lead to new contracts for the construction of 90-130 m motor yachts.
