A Man Has Taken Hostages In A Bank Branch In Northern France
An armed man took hostages in a Bank in the city of Le Havre. This news was reported on Thursday by radio station France Bleu.
According to the station, there are five hostages inside, two managed to get out of the building. The building is cordoned off by the police. There is no information about the victims.
It is reported that an armed man entered a bank branch on the Boulevard de Strasbourg in the center of Le Havre at about 18:00 GMT. He made demands, the details of which are not reported.
The Bank building is cordoned off, and special police anti-terrorism units have arrived at the scene. Now the police negotiator communicates with the man. No injuries were reported.
