An Arbor man found fatally shot Thanksgiving morning was a man discovered fatally shot

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI An Ann Arbor resident was tumultuous shot dead during a fight outside an Ypsilanti Township apartment complex on Thanksgiving morning, according to police.

According to the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office, 22-year-old Von Cratic was found dead Nov. 25 by police responding to numerous reports of shots fired at the Villas apartment complex.

Police were called to the 200 block of Golfside Road at 10:34 a.m. to report various incidents of bullets fired in the area and a man on the ground, according to police.

Police said that Cratic was subsequently found dead at the scene.

Police said that Cratic and another 23-year-old had an argument escalated after the initial investigation, according to police.

Police said that the 23-year-old man is currently being held in police custody and is being questioning over the incident.

There is no further information available at this time, and the incident remains under investigation.
