The California floods caused extreme temperatures to cause heavy rain and fire and power outages.
That included 15 556 customers in Los Angeles, 14,987 customers in Ventura, 8,852 customers in San Bernardino County, 20,322 customers in Riverside and 4,127 customers in Orange County. When it began at 3 p.m., the service was closed off at a time of 3 o'clock on Thursday, and over 68,000 customers of Southern California and San Diego Electric were in high-wind areas, ABC News reported.
