Raiders stun Cowboys in overtime on field goal with a penalty after a penalty

Texas After a third pass-interference penalty, Anthony Brown sank a 29-yard field goal. The Las Vegas Raiders beat the Dallas Cowboys 36-33 on Thursday.

Carlson's fifth field goal came after Brown was called for interference on Zay Jones, third and 18. All four of Browns interference penalties came on third-down incompletions.

The Raiders made a three-game losing streak with the first Thanksgiving victory since 1968. Their fourth appearance on the holiday ended with the Cowboys and their first home victory against the Cowboys.

Carlson put Las Vegas ahead 33-29 with 1:52 remaining with a career-long 56-yarder with Greg Zuerlein on board with 45 yards with 19 seconds left.

The Raiders scored three tries in the past four games, and the win was the third of the game for the AFC West defeating the NFC East-leading Cowboys (7-4).

The Raiders had the win with the penalty at the Dallas 24 and was struck again after Dallas was penalized twice for rushing past the line of scrimmage before the snap.

Both teams had season highs in penalties and yards. Dallas had 14 for 166 and Las Vegas had 110.

Carr threw for 373 yards, including a 56-yard touchdown strike to DeSean Jackson. Marcus Mariota remained a tight scorer.

Dallas quarterback struggled early without top receivers Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb (concussion) and Ezekiel Elliott, which both regained a right knee injury.

the Cowboys, who trailed nearly from the start, had 209 yards passing in the fourth quarter. His 32-yard touchdown pass to Dalton Schultz and 2-point conversion to the tight end ended up avoiding the Cowboys at 30 o'clock.

Jackson kept the line high to open the net and pulled one of the interference penalties against Brown in the end zone to create a 1-yard TD for Josh Jacobs.

Sean McKeon had his first career touchdown, a 10-yard catch, for the Cowboys first points. Elliott had a TD of one yard, who was limited to nine carries by 25 yards.

The Raiders frightened themselves after a Las Vegas punt that resulted in a collision between a thigh of Tom Hill and his chin on the sideline. The Raiders' goal was narrowly cut in the back of the legs after losing the penalty of the first possession of the second half and a hamstring on the sides of the offense.

For the second week, the Cowboys had a run-in during a punt, and the rookie Joseph ended up with the rest of the game off a week after his stay at home.
