Since the start of the whole year, the Czech Republic analyzed 11 514 new COVID-19 cases for Nov 15 - the fifth time daily infections have increased 10,000 - health ministry data showed.
According to figures, hospitals increased to 4,290, with 635 people in a grave condition.
With the exception of ministers Andrej Babis, the instigating government is debating tougher restrictions, as well as a proposal for an unvaccinated person putting in some kind of lockdown.
The Ministers were not able to agree a deal by late Monday and returned to the issue on Thursday, officials said.
