The Electrified GV70 is the third fully electric Genesis model that will be called the Electrified G80 and the GV60, which will come under wrap later this week at the Guangzhou Auto Show.
The electric GV70 also has an innovative design with chiseled elements that give the powerful gas power GV70 more power traction. However, the cab is slightly lighter and the rear of the motor's electric GV70's rear bumper is more efficient.
The Electrified GV70 must be similar to the Electrified G80, which has 87.2-kWh battery, and a 2-electric engine that brings 365 horsepower, compared to the twin-turbo V6, and a power power generator as well. Range should be around 250 miles on the EPA cycle, and it will be able to power the car in three minutes.
According to recent reports from South Korea, the Electrified GV70 will be the first Hyundai Motor Group EV to be built in the USA using its factory in Montgomery, Alabama. Expect the GV70 price to split the difference between the four and six-cylinder models, putting it at less than $50,000.
