MARQUETTE, MI Michigan's man was arrested after allegedly firing a weapon during a domestic violence dispute over an ATV.
On Nov. 13th, three male men who bought and owned an ATV in the district of Marquette, were called home to a residence on the Midway Drive for a dispute between three male men about their purchase and sale of that property.
One person believed they owned the vehicle and went to remove the vehicle from another person's property, but not the homeowner would allow the ATV to be removed.
The owner retrieved a long gun and allegedly fired one shot, according to police. He then left the scene on the truck, but was eventually arrested.
Earlier, no one was injured during the incident.
The officers assisted the Troopers and deputies from the Marquette County Sheriff's Department and a Negaunee police department. The names are being withheld so that it'll be removed.
