BAY CITY, MI - Many businesses have been rehabilitated this year in Bay City thanks to some funds aimed at improving downtown properties.
The landowner can purchase the land at a cost of $60,000 in the downtown area in 2021 through the Facade Improvement Grant program. The grant gives the owners an incentive for the ownership to take out exterior property improvements.
