Spider-Man Began Delivering Food To The Elderly In Quarantine In Antalya

In Antalya, a man in a Spider-Man costume delivers food to elderly people who are under quarantine, the Anadolu Agency reported.

It is noted that dressed as a marvel superhero, 27-year-old Barak Stolu climbs to the balconies of senior citizens, where he listens to their needs, and then delivers them food and necessities.

"My superpower brings benefits to society. That's why I do what meets the needs of people, " the man said.

Residents of the tourist city consider Barak a real hero and are always happy to see him.

"Spider-man brought bread and milk today, thank you. We love our hero. To get rid of this disease, everyone should stay at home, just like us. The state is doing everything possible. May the Almighty give strength to health workers," commented 80-year-old pensioner Balji Shukri.

According to the Turkish Ministry of health, as of April 17, 78,546 cases of coronavirus infection were detected in the country. The total number of deaths from infection was 1,769. 7089 patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals. A total of 558,413 tests for COVID-19 were conducted in the country.

On April 14, it became known that the leader of the Independent Party of Turkey, Haidar Bash, died of a coronavirus after four days in the hospital.
