In The Ukrainian Lutsk, An Unknown Person Took Hostage About 20 Passengers Of The Bus
In the Ukrainian Lutsk (Volyn region), a man seized a bus with 20 hostages, according to the website of the national police. According to police, the invader is carrying weapons and explosives. The situation was taken under personal control by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
"This morning, we received a message on line 102 that in the center of Lutsk, a man seized a bus with about 20 hostages, and has explosives and weapons with him," the report said. According to RIA News, referring to the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine, the invader himself called the police, introduced himself as Maxim Bad, and said that the bus was mined.
According to UNIAN, the police are negotiating with the attacker. He expressed dissatisfaction with the "existing system," refused to release the hostages and shot at law enforcement officers.
No deaths or injuries were reported. The invader's requirements are still unknown. The operational plan "hostage" was introduced in the region; the city center is blocked.
