Lenovo Showed A Budget Gaming Laptop "IdeaPad Gaming 3" With An AMD Chip

Lenovo has announced the IdeaPad Gaming 3 gaming laptop, which is suitable for gamers with a modest budget. In the US, the cost of the device starts at $660, writes the Lenovo press service.

The AMD version of the laptop is equipped with a 15.6-inch Full HD display, a Ryzen 7 4800H processor, and a GeForce GTX 1650 Ti video card. The maximum amount of RAM DDR4-3200-up to 32 GB, SSD — 1 terabyte. In the US, the new product will start selling later this month.

A new series of Legion 5 laptops was also introduced. You can choose from two options: with a screen diagonal of 15.6 or 17.3 inches. The maximum configuration of both assumes the presence of an 8-core Ryzen 7 4800H processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics, 16 GB of ddr4-3200 RAM, and a screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz (which is quite enough for games in 1080p).

Although these devices do not have such an aggressive design as the models from Acer or Asus, their "gaming" nature is given by the TrueStrike keyboard with RGB-backlit keys.

For 15.6-inch Legion 5 with GTX 1650 Ti ask $760, and you can buy it now. A variant with the GeForce GTX 2060 will be released in August, and a 17.3-inch model with the same graphics will start selling in September for $1,090.
