The growing Linux distribution based on Debian, Deepin OS, will soon be available on tablets. The screenshots showing the system working on laptops and "tablets" were published in the Chinese social network Weibo, according to Gizmochina.
Deepin OS is famous for its elegant user interface and reliability. It has been translated into 33 languages, including Russian, and has been downloaded over 80 million times.
The popular Linux distribution is being developed by Wuhan Deepin Technology. The company earns mainly from paid technical support and other services related to the OS.
The latest beta version of Deepin OS was released in April. 20 beta received the Deepin Desktop environment 4.0 desktop environment based on Qt, a completely updated "control center," a built-in AI assistant, and a Cloud Sync function that allows you to synchronize settings between different devices via the cloud.
