Wayne Hills defeated Northern Highlands 1-0 in the third quarter, but Sydney Levitt scored in extra time to tie the game at one, before Northern Hills fought back with three goals in three quarters.
Sarah Batenhorst had a goal and an assist in the victory, as well as Lauren Flatt scored.
Northern Highlands remained unbeaten at 16-0-1, while Wayne Hills fell to 5-9.
