Is it Arizona State or Oregon for the top spot in the Pac-12 football power rankings, Week 7?
The Oregon Ducks and Arizona State were in a tight race for the top spot in this weeks Pac-12 football power rankings from The ORian/OregonLive, but Arizona finished No. 1 just ahead of the Oregon Tigers.
The Sun Devils received four first-place votes and three second- place votes, while the Ducks scored three first place and four second place ballots. After beating Stanford 28-10, Arizona State moved up from a tie with the Ducks for No. 2 to become the second state to win 28.
UCLA is third in this weeks power rankings, ahead of Oregon State, Utah, and Stanford in a tightly packed group for Nos. 4-6.
The Beavers were No. 1 last week, but they dropped after a 31-24 defeat at Washington State.
Here are the top 10 rankings for this week.

1. NO. ARIZONA STATE SUN DEVILS (5-1, 3-0)
Last week (T2): Beat Stanford 28-10. The Sun Devils put up 255 rushing yards and forced three turnovers to become the first Pac-12 team to reach three conference victories this season.
This week: 7 p.m. Arizona State meets Utah (3-2, 2-0). Saturday (PT) (TV on ESPN). Its a battle between the Pac-12 South top two teams.
2. NO. 9 OREGON DUCKS (4-1, 1-1)
Last week (T2): Idle Isn't It?
This week: Oregon vs. Cal (1-4, 0-2), 7:30 p.m. Friday, 10 p.m. PT (TV on ESPN). As they come out of their bye week, The Ducks are two-touchdown favorites.
3. UCLA BRUINS (4-2, 2-1)
Last week (T4): Beat Arizona 34-16. The Wildcats held the game close into the fourth quarter, but the Bruins scored 17 unanswered goals to put it away.
This week: 5:30 p.m. UCLA at Washington (2-3, 1-1). Saturday (PT) (TV on Fox). Since 2000, the Bruins have gone 10-5 overall against the Huskies, but in Seattle, their matchup is 4-4.
4. OREGON STATE BEAVERS (4-2, 2-1)
Last week (1): 31-24 loss to Washington State. The Beavers were down on their final drive, but the Cougars held on after a back-and-forth second half.
This week: Idle. Next up: Utah vs. Saturday, Oct. 23rd, PT.
5. UTAH UTES (3-2, 2-0)
Last week (8): Beat USC 42-26. The Utes built a 35-10 lead and rolled from there. Cameron Rising threw for 306 yards and three touchdowns, and ran for another TD.
This week: 7 p.m. Utah vs No. 18 Arizona State (5-1, 3-0). Saturday (PT) (TV on ESPN). The Utes have won three of the last five matches in the series.
(Tod, (A) (3-3, 2-2) STANFORD CARDINAL
Last week (T4): Loss to Arizona State 28-10. Tanner McKee threw for 356 yards, but was also intercepted three times. Plus, the Cardinal only had 13 rushing yards.
This week: 4:30 p.m. Stanford meets Washington State (3-3, 2-2). Saturday (PT on ESPNU) is the first day of the week for the broadcast. The Cardinal are 1.5-point favorites for this matchup in Pullman.
7. WASHINGTON STATE COUGARS (3-3, 2-2)
Last week (9): Beat Oregon State 31-24. The Cougars scored four touchdowns in the second half to secure victory over the Beavers. Jayden de Laura pitched for 399 yards and three scores for WSU.
This week: 4:30 p.m. Washington State vs. Stanford (3-3, 2-2). Saturday (PT on ESPNU), on PT. The Cougars have won their last four meetings against Stanford.

Last week (6): Lost to Utah 42-26. The Trojans now have lost three home games in a row by 14 points or more. Thats a school first.
This week: Idle. Next at Notre Dame, 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23rd, at 9pm PT.
9. WASHINGTON HUSKIES (2-3, 1-1)
Last week (7): Idle Is a pity.
This week: 5:30 p.m. Washington vs. UCLA (4-2, 2-1). Saturday (PT) (TV on Fox). The Huskies are a slight favorite against the Bruins, and Washington has won the series' previous two matches.
10.10.2010 - 10. CALIFORNIA GOLDEN BEARS (1-1, 0-2)
Last week (10): Idle.
This week: 7:30 p.m. EST, Cal at No. 9 Oregon (4-1, 1-1). Friday (PT) (TV on ESPN). Cal hasnt won in Eugene since 2007, but the Bears won 21-17 in last years matchup in Berkeley.
11. COLORADO BUFFALOES (1-4, 0-2)
Last week (11): Idle.
This week: 12:30 p.m. Colorado vs. Arizona (0-5, 0-2) Saturday (PT on Pac-12 Networks), on PT (TV). The Buffaloes havent beaten the Wildcats in Boulder since 2011. Still, Colorado is a touchdown favorite.
12. ARIZONA WILDCATS (0-5, 0-2)
Last week (12): UCLA lost 34-16 to the UCLA Crimson Tide. The Wildcats lost the game and quarterback Jordan McCloud for the season to a leg injury.
This week: Arizona plays Colorado (1-1, 0-2) at 12:30 p.m. Saturday (PT on Pac-12 Networks) is the first day of the Pac 12-season on PT. Can the Wildcats break their 17-game losing streak and win their fifth consecutive game against Colorado in Boulder?
