Palm seemingly teases wireless earbuds to go with its mini-phone

According to a tweet the phone maker posted Tuesday, Palm appears to be waking up to unveil some new hardware. A separate image appears to show several wireless earbuds with overlaid text that reads, "We've been busy."

According to the tweet, the new product will be unveiled on Oct. 26, according to it. We've been working on something special for you."

Palm didn't immediately respond to a request for further information.

Palm unveiled a $350 phone for calls and texts in 2018, but this device only worked as an accessory to another Verizon phone. In 2019, the business revealed a new Android phone that can function as if it were an individual device.

The rumored new earbuds might accompany this tiny device. With the raised-hands emoji, Palm on Wednesday retweeted a post that reads, "My Palm Phone wouldn't mind some company."
