Christian leaders show vaccine knowledge to the public, according to one commentator

While I disagree with Josephine County Commissioner Darin Fowlers statement that we cannot trust doctors to give us accurate medical advice, I do believe he was on to something when urging his constituents to ask God, and pray for wisdom about COVID-19 vaccines (Oregon politician says aSK God about the COVID-19 vaccination, you cant trust physicians, Oct. 7). Many Christian leaders, including Pope Francis and Rev. Robert Jeffress of First Baptist Dallas, are calling for that people bevaccinated. And faith leaders representing the depth of American Christianity such as the organized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America - are refusing to accept religious exemptions to vaccine mandates.

Commissioner Fowler and his fellow commissioners on the Board of Commissioners would do better to ask God for wisdom to protect their constituents' health and safety from the ravages of the global epidemic.
