Candace Cameron Believes That Her Time On The View Left Her With PTSD

Candace Cameron Bure, a former child star and conservative on The View, was the shows resident conservative for two seasons before Meghan McCain began her four-year terror tour. While McCain had a knack for digging into any topic, no matter how well she knew it, Bure had the opposite problem. The Fuller House star admitted that she still suffers from PTSD from her brief stint on the daytime talk show in a new interview with The View: Beyond the Table.

According to Bure, the source of her stress resulted from being the sole conservative and having to discuss topics that she neither cared about nor was comfortable enough to share her true feelings about. She stated, There was only one type of stress that Ive ever felt in my life that came from that show, and I [have] PTSD, like, I can feel it. Heres what Bure has to offer.

Despite her claims of having PTSD, Bure, like many, doesnt recall being on The View. I feel like there were so many wonderful takeaways from the show, she said. And as difficult as that job was, Im very, very grateful for it, he added.
