Adele's "Easy On Me": Release Date & What We Know
Adele surprised her followers with a teaser clip from sung song Easy on Me on Oct. 5. Four days later, she followed it up with a 45-minute video, which included some real vocals and lyrics.
The first teaser is a black-and-white clip that's less than ten seconds long and shows the singer inside he car, listening to sonic tapes of her new track, surrounded by sheets of music. In the first few seconds, the singer looks into the camera through her rear-view mirror, displaying her signature cat-eye makeup.
The caption for the clip stated that fans may expect the new song on Oct. 15 this year, which sparked celebrations. The comment section was soon flooded with excitement and adoration, including from famous faces like Beanie Feldstein. The Booksmart actor wrote CHILLS CRYING CHILL S in the movie.
On the other hand, Adeles snippet on Oct. 9 came during an Instagram Live in which the singer played a part of the song. Fans were buzzing, and they almost immediately began tweeting about how emotional the ballad made them. Her song "The Magic of the Moon" was featured.
Adele revealed in her latest Instagram post that the exact date that fans will be able to listen to single in full for the first time will come as October 15 (which we already knew) and Midnight UK (7 p.m. (II.E.T.) The post was joined by a black-and-white profile picture of the singer.
Adele released the news just days after updating her website and social media accounts. The Hello hitmaker changed her Twitter and Instagram images to a blue and turquoise pattern, while the information on her old website was replaced by merely stating that she had signed up for upcoming events.
The number 30 also appeared in some of the most prominent places in the world earlier this week, including the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Colosseum in Rome, and New York Citys Empire State Building. Although not yet known, it is believed Adeles hotly anticipated fourth album will be titled 30, following on from her previous releases 19, 21, and 25, the titles of which refer to a significant year in the singer s career.
Adeles new album, 25, will be her first since 2015S 25, which sold more than 3.5 million copies in the United Kingdom alone. The Rolling in the Deep performer has also enjoyed enormous worldwide success with her previous three albums, which have sold a combined total of 59.5 million copies.
