The weight of the drone is 26 kg, and its flight speed is about 70 km per hour. It was reported that the fuel will last for about 90 hours.

At the request of the AGS and Gao "Latvijas Gaisa Satiksme," an AN-2 army aircraft participated in the search for the drone that lost control.

Due to the missing drone, the airspace of Riga airport was closed. The plane of the airline "SmartLynx" Urumqi-Riga had to land in Tallinn.

Vinci reported that in connection with the incident have been suspended license "UAVFactory" the flights at higher risk. The causes of the accident will be clarified during the investigation.
