MyChargeBack has launched a new Dispute Resolution website in Scandinavia
Cardholders can better understand their Consumer Rights through the free online chargingback evaluation tool. Card holders can be able to be more aware of their consumer rights.
COPENHAGEN, September 30, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- MyChargeBack, the international financial services firm specializing in the resolution of complex card-not-present transaction disputes, today announced the launch of its new Scandinavian website, Pengeretur.dk.
Pengeretur is intended to be a one-stop shop for Scandinavian consumers, offering insights into their rights and protections, rules and regulations governing chargebacks and other educational resources.
Pengeretur's algorithm-powered evaluation tool makes it unique, allowing users to determine if their disputes meet the criteria for a chargeback established by the credit card networks. The free tool is intended to cover a wide range of transactions, ranging from e-commerce transactions to investments, to enable consumers to resolve their disputes swiftly and effectively.
"COVID revolutionized the global payments landscape, and significantly increased the number of card-not-present online transactions," says Judith Dayan Persson, MyChargeBack's Vice President of European Operations and Business Development, who is based in Copenhagen. "And that is a challenge, since our study shows that one out of six Scandinavian consumers is unaware that funds lost using iCard or debit cards can be recovered through restitution," she adds. "Consumers can now learn if their dispute is subject to chargeback rules in less than 90 seconds!"
The Pengeretur online chargeback evaluation tool, powered by MyChargeBack, is available in English to assist residents of all Nordic nations.
