Harrison Ford Was Dangerously Close To Taking Off The Liner On The Plane
Actor Harrison Ford mistakenly flew a small plane over the runway at Hawthorne airport in southern California, getting dangerously close to another plane that was taking off. The incident is being investigated by the US Federal aviation administration, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
A representative of the actor told Fox News that Ford did not hear the dispatcher's instructions, so he made an erroneous maneuver. "He immediately admitted the error and apologized to the dispatcher," he added. The purpose of the flight, he said, was technical: the actor sat at the controls to keep the Aviat A-1C Husky plane in working order. No one was injured in the incident.
The incident occurred on April 24. The distance between the planes was approximately 1100 meters.
Harrison Ford is 77 years old. He started flying after 50. in 2015, the actor was hospitalized after an emergency landing on a Golf course due to a failed engine.
In 2017, it came into land at Santa Ana airport, flying dangerously directly over an American Airlines plane with 110 passengers on board. Then the authorities decided not to investigate this air accident.
