In recognition and in anticipation of Space Marine 2, Saber Interactive has announced that World War Z: Aftermath will receive Warhammer 40k goodies.
The option to display “loyalty to the Emperor” will be there, while if you wish to be a heretic, you may do so with the Hormangaunt Tyranid trinket. This event will be running until June 1st.
Saber Interactive is a subsidiary of Embracer Group, and is also behind Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, and World War Z (and SnowRunner and Evil Dead: The Game) — so yeah, it makes more sense than you realize.
Even Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin has been announced just recently, and it's worth noting that it's "a game that knows exactly what it wants to be." Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun is a review of what might otherwise be thought of as a "random Doom-alike," but it's "a great game that enjoys defeating Chaos Terminators."
Aftermath, World War Z, is now available on PC and console devices.
