Kay Yu, the creator of the 2D roguelike WASD game Holocure, is re-releasing its fan game on a different platform in an intentionally scary manner.
The worst news is that the Holocure game launcher has been removed, and the only way to get the latest version manually is to return to the website. The good news? The game will be available on Steam in its 0.6 update form soon, thanks to Cover Corporation (the owners of Hololive).
No date has been announced yet, but it does mean Holocure will be joining the Idol Showdown team's Steam counterpart. And yes, the team's previous tweet was deliberately written to make it appear less terrifying than it actually is, with the team apologizing.
Holocure is a game developed by Vampire Survivors, with Vtubers and Vtuber jokes as playable characters and enemies. You may now download the game.
