State police ask for help finding missing girl, 14, missing

UPDATE: According to state police, missing girl has been found and is safe.

MONTCALM COUNTY, MI State police are asking the public's help in locating a missing 14-year-old girl.

Rae Adams, Brooklyn, was last seen at her Lakeview home around 11 p.m. at the time. Wednesday, Sept. 22nd.

She left a note saying she was leaving her home, but she didn't say where she went, according to state police.

Her family and police have searched the area for her.

She is a 5-foot-2, 110 pounds tall with blond hair and brown eyes. She has a black backpack with opulence and sleeved it down with the pink floral design, but it wasn't known what she was wearing.

Police asked anyone with any information to call Montcalm Central Dispatch at 989-831-5253 or the state police Lakeview post at (989-352-8444.
