Remake of Resident Evil 4: hate messages on Instagram, and the Adas actress closes the comments ...

Due to the many hate messages she has received since the game's release, Lily Gaothe, an actress who played Ada Wong in the English-language remake of Resident Evil 4 Remake, has had to cancel comments on her Instagram posts.

A small group of fans disapprove of Lily Gao's portrayal of Ada Wong in the fourth chapter of the Resident Evil 2 remake, who saw her as listless and qualitatively inferior to Jolene Andersen, the voice actress who instead voiced the anti-heroine.

The offensive comments, which were estimated at a few thousand words, are no longer visible, but some have been recaptured and re-shared on Twitter. "You look hungover after an overnight flight while reading your sentences," one user replied. Another wrote: "It's because of the previous actress that Capcom hired you."

Others can be found at the bottom of this article. Gao responded by disabling his Instagram profile. Fortunately, many fans have flocked to her aid, who have shown her support by condemning those who have targeted her and appreciating her for her work.
