The future for fighting games is very bright. Within a few months, Street Fighter 6, Mortal Kombat 12 and Tekken 8 will be available to all fans.
Antonello "SchiacciSempre" Gaeta has had the opportunity to try the third of the above mentioned fighting games, that Tekken 8 that has remained faithful for over thirty years, which promises to shake off a long-running saga. The new Heat System was particularly noted, which would enthuse newcomers who otherwise would be confused by the Tekken movesets, which are composed of about eighty moves.
The Heat system allows you to stun opponents by aiming them with specific moves called Heat Engager and to enter an enhanced state: at which point the victim may only parry or try to avoid incoming assaults. It is possible to close combos with the Heat Smash, an extremely powerful attack similar to Tekken 7's Rage Drive.
Despite the fact that Unreal Engine 5 appears to be at an all-time high, there are no doubts about the graphics sector, which is currently scheduled for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on a yet unknown date.
In a long live broadcast hosted by Alessandro Bruni on Everyeye's Twitch channel, SchiacciSempre discussed the gameplay changes in Tekken 8. You have nothing to fear, since it can be easily retrieved at the top of the news.
