Electronic Arts almost completely abandoned the SimCity franchise, and Cities: Skylines re-entered the market for contemporary cities. Despite the fact that there are players who have not left the classic Maxis series and continue to play SimCity 4, the Network Addon Mod has recently been updated.
The 47th amendment to the constitution makes many changes.
The possibilities of road construction have broadened, adding additional obstacles to pedestrian navigation, as well as higher structures, as well as new non-railway bridges.
The Network Addon Mod improves SimCity 4, primarily in terms of road and rail travel, which in the basic version left much to be desired. The enhancement allows you to lay your roads more freely, not limited to 90-degree turns.
The mod requires the Rush Hour add-on and only works with the game's boxed version and editions purchased on Steam or GOG. The game's original version (and Game Pass) is outdated and cannot be updated to the latest version required by the Network Addon Mod. It's even more troubling that Electronic Arts promotes the Origin version, despite not supporting it.
