Ark Survival Ascended, a remake of Ark Survival Evolved for current generation consoles, was announced by Studio Wildcard in August 2023. It will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in August 2023, along with all "non-canonical" DLC maps.

Dynamic water and interactive foliage from Unreal Engine 5 Cross-platform multiplayer
This includes cross platform accounts and cross progress, cross voice chat and friends, and everything in between. Regardless of which platform the ASA operates on, access will be available for every account, character, dinosaur, and item on the other platform.
Wildcard Studio has teamed up with Overwolf, the industry's leading modding platform, to offer the first cross-platform modding experience in which PC-created modifications are delivered directly to end-user consoles via a custom modding backend.
