Following the apartment window fall, Flo Ridas' 6-year-old son is in the intensive care unit ...

Zohar Dillard, Flo Rida's six-year-old son, has been in an Intensive Care Unit after he fell from a five-story apartment building earlier this month. His mother, Alexis Adams, is suing building management for negligence.

Adams filed a lawsuit against Jersey City, NJ,'s building management on Monday (March 27), alleging that they were "negligent and careless" and did not install adequate guards on the windows, which facilitated the tragic fall. Adams has filed the lawsuit with the Hudson County Superior Court, seeking damages to cover her son's injuries.

Zohar Dillard, who has special needs, has been diagnosed with autism and hydrocephalus, which are terms used by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. The excessive fluid causes the ventricles, otherwise known as cavities, to narrow, putting dangerous pressure on brain tissues.

Alexis Adams, a single mother to a special needs child, describes the situation as a nightmare. "It's depressing to witness my kid go through such agony and agony knowing that this could have been avoided."

Adams and her son might have the same legal fortune as Flo Rida, who won an $82 million lawsuit against Celsius, which made the "Low" rapper famous when he became an ambassador in 2014. Celsius claimed otherwise, but the jury ruled in his favor.
