According to court filings filed by HollywoodLife, Flo Rida's 6-year-old son fell from the window of a fifth-floor apartment on Mar. 4, sustaining serious bodily injuries, including multiple pelvis fractures, grade three liver laceration, internal bleeding, and collapsed lungs.

According to Alexis's lawsuit, the owners and managers of the apartment complex operated, managed, monitored, inspected, and maintained the premises in a negligent, careless, and reckless manner, including by installing windows that presented a hazardous situation, or by installing incorrect sized guards on the premises.

According to the records, Zohar — who has hydrocephalus, a neurological disorder that causes an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid inside the brain — was "seriously injured, has incurred and will later be disabled, will be unable to perform his usual duties, and has been and will be caused great pain and suffering, owing to his immense loss and suffering."

Zohar is in a "full-body cast" and can barely move, according to Alexis' lawyer, according to TMZ. She is seeking damages, attorney's fees, and the payment of Zohar's medical bills.

Alexis Adams wrote in a statement to News12 New Jersey that her only child had suffered severe injuries as a result of their landlord's negligence. Neither she nor anyone else took any necessary safety measures.

Adams told the Daily Mail that Flo Rida (Tramar Dillard, 43) had no involvement in Zohar's life. "He has only seen his son once during the paternity test but kept his sunglasses on and his back turned," she said. "They were in the same room."
