Both the digital and physical editions of E3 2023, according to ReedPop and the Electronic Software Association (ESA), have been officially canceled.
Nintendo, Ubisoft, Sega, and Tencent's Level Infinite all announced their withdrawal from E3 2023.

Both ReedPop and the ESA have indicated that they would continue to collaborate on "future E3 events." This suggests that E3 2024 might still be a possibility.
