In the Fell Xenologue DLC, Mauvier, who was a deputy in the Four Hounds main story in Fire Emblem Engage, will also play an ally role. Tomoaki Maeno will reprise his role as Mauvier.
Mauvier will start as a Royal Knight. This is a Cavalry unit, which means that he will have great range around the map. He'll also be able to use staves to heal or support allies. This was also his class as an adversary.
Mauvier reports to Lady Nel and Nil in a brief video that Nintendo shared. He is relieved that he's managed to meet them, but he regrets that he couldn't fulfill their orders to scout Solm due to some bizarre interference.
Tomoaki Maeno takes on the role of Mauvier in the Japanese dub of the game. Maeno's previous roles include Zhongli in Genshin Impact and Luke in Street Fighter 6. Gavin Hammon will also likely reprise his role as Mauvier in The Walking Dead: A New Frontier.
The Fell Xenologue DLC for Fire Emblem Engage will be released on April 5, 2023 as Wave 4 of the Expansion Pass on Nintendo Switch.
