The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's first extensive gameplay trailer has been released by Nintendo. Eiji Aonuma, the series' producer, narrates the nearly 14-minute video. The story follows Link being taken from the ground in Hyrule to the "sky islands."
Aonuma explains that there are many ways to reach the islands.
Aonuma demonstrated Link's new abilities, such as the ability to fuse two objects together to create new weapons. Thus, the hero can make a new weapon by joining a stick and a stone together.
Tears of the Kingdom, the Legend of Zelda, will be released on May 12, 2023, for $70.
Nintendo unveiled a special Nintendo Switch in the style of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The special Nintendo Switch has the same performance as the Nintendo Switch OLED model that was introduced in 2021, but its joy-con controllers and docking station are decorated with runic inscriptions inspired by Tears of the Kingdom.
The Nintendo Switch OLED gaming console with the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom theme will be available for purchase on April 28. However, other limited-edition Switch OLED consoles have been priced at $359.99. The game will not be included with the console.
