The E3 conference is scheduled for this year, and its organizers promise a fresh start to the gaming exhibition. However, more and more publishers and big businesses are refusing to participate in E3.

Microsoft will not participate in E3 this year, but will hold its own game show on June 11, where it will showcase what's new from its internal studios. Ubisoft has announced that it will not participate in the exhibition in 2023.

So, like Microsoft, Ubisoft decided to run their show during the E3 days, but separate from the exhibition itself.
