Apple provided the first betas of iOS 16.5 and iPadOS 16.5 upgrades to developers for testing on Tuesday. The new betas are available the day after the release of iOS 16.4 and iPadOS 16.4.
Developers may download and install the iOS 16 Developer Beta by going to "Settings" -> "Software Update," then tapping on the "Beta Updates" button.
Although the betas are not yet known, there are a few features that have not been implemented. We'll update you as more information about the beta goes.
MacTrast and Apple both advise users not to install any betas on their daily driver iPhone or iPad. Instead, use only a device set aside for testing purposes.
