Steam will be down for the 28th of March, as players try and make a connection and are being kicked from their games.
You may be prompted with a connection error stating that a Steam connection could not be established, as per reports from downdetector.
Valve or Steam support have not made an official statement, although we do expect them to be aware of it as a result of the huge volumes. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and if anything changes, we'll update this post.
