E3 2023: A major publisher cancels the event and continues to work on its own plans ...

Ubisoft has admitted that it will not be present at E3 2023 after all. Instead, the creators of "Assassin's Creed" will be relying on a new episode of the company's "Ubisoft Forward" format in June.

E3 is expected to make a major comeback this year, drawing on the expertise of Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, and Nintendo.

Only Ubisoft has confirmed First of all, its participation in the E3 2023 game in June, and that it would be present with a "solid line-up" at what was once the most significant video game trade show. In this case, however, the creators of "Assassin's Creed" and "Far Cry" said they would no longer be doing anything with E3 2023.

Instead of making the planned E3 2023 announcements and presentations, Ubisoft will make a return to its proprietary "Ubisoft Forward" format.

The company provided no information on the titles that would be presented in the next "Ubisoft Forward" episode. Possible candidates include the previously postponed Pirate adventure "Skull & Bones," the first-person adventure "Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora," and the last with a internal displacement related project Assassin's Creed: Mirage and The Crew: Motorshow.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is being recreated for the first time by Ubisoft. At the end of last year, the company only stated that the new edition would be released.
