Kimetsu no Yaiba – Swordsmith Village Arc (Season 3)
The first item on the list is definitely the upcoming Spring 2023 shonen anime that most fans are anticipating, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Swordsmith Village Arc (Season 3). Tanjiro and her friends will be attempting to repair their swords and encounter new Upper Moon demons in this 3rd TV anime season:

Muzan Kibutsuji's Twelve Kizuki aren't full for the first time in over 100 years. Angered, Muzan sends the survivors on a different mission. Tanjiro travels to a village of swordsmiths and must explain why his sword was so badly damaged to Haganezuka, the smith who made it.

Jigokuraku in Hell's Paradise
Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku is a must-see new shonen anime for Spring 2023, which once was the most hyped shinobi and is now a death row convict, and the protagonist Gabimaru gets a chance to be freed by discovering the Elixir of Life on an island with other death dow convicts and many more dangers.
Gabimaru, a shinobi who was once known as the strongest in Iwagakure but now a death row convict, is told that he will be acquitted and released if he returns to the Buddhist pure land Sukhavati, as well as a host of unknown creatures and ghost manmade statues that rule the island.

NEW WORLD (Season 3) by Dr. STONE
Dr. STONE: NEW WORLD, an upcoming shonen anime sequel, has been hyped up for a second season. The film was directed by Studio TMS Entertainment, and you may see it here.

Magic and Muscles in Mashle
Mashle: Magic and Muscles is the second new interesting shonen anime to be discussed, while the protagonist is a training beast who can't use magic, similar to Asta in Black Clover.
VIZ explains the story:This is a magical world where magic is used for everything. However, deep in the forest there exists a young man who spends his time training and bulking up. He enjoys a peaceful life with his father, but his life is in jeopardy when he meets magical users.

Season 2 of EDENS ZERO
The last shonen anime you might want to keep watching in Spring 2023 is EDENS ZERO Season 2. Shiki's adventure will continue on April 1st, according to Studio J.C. Staff.
Shiki has lived his entire life among machines when he encounters Rebecca and her cat companion Happy at the entrance gates of the abandoned amusement park...And when his old homeland becomes too dangerous, Shiki must join Rebecca and Happy aboard their spaceship and flee into the unknown.

The Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King is another shonen anime to look forward to in Spring 2023. It will be released on Netflix on June 16 for the first time.
