Halo is an American military science fiction television series created by Kyle Killen and Steven Kane. It is based on the same video game franchise as Bonnie Ross, Justin Falvey, Otto Bathurst, Kyle Killen, Scott Pennington, and Karen Richards.
On Paramount+, Halo was launched on March 24, 2022, and the series has already been renewed for a second season. A portion of the series was shown at SXSW on March 14, 2022.

Plot and Cast of Halo
The final episode of Season 1, 'Transcendence,' which confirmed the ongoing conflict between Earth and the Covenant, provides plenty more information. Cortana (Jen Taylor) took control of Master Chief's body, establishing a fresh path for the main characters.
Executive producer Kiki Wolfkill kept Season 2's plot fairly quiet, but mentioned some crucial characters who might stay. "I will say we love all three characters — the Master Chief, Soren, and Kwan — and they all have an interesting bond.
Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief, Natascha McElhone as Dr. Catherine Halsey, Bookeen Woodbine as Soren-066, and Yerin Ha as Kwan Ha will reprise their roles in Halo season 1.
Shabana Azmi will play Margaret Parangosky, Natasha Culzac will play Riz-028, Olive Gray will play Kai-125, Charlie Murphy will play Makee, Danny Sapani will play Captain Jacob Keyes and Bentley Kalu will play Vannak-134.
The release date for Halo Season 2 has been set.
Paramount had already stated that they would continue to produce Halo for a second season prior to the premiere of Season 1, but there is no specific release date as of August 2022.
If Halo season 2 is back in production, we may expect a release date sometime in early to mid-2023. More information is expected soon.
